1、 Material cut-off
Cutting, also known as “blanking”, is the first process of making aluminum windows. The cutting equipment is mainly used to accurately cut the length of materials according to the design requirements and referring to the detailed construction drawings of doors and windows. The size error value of the broken material shall be controlled within 2mm, otherwise the sealing quality of doors and windows is difficult to guarantee. Generally speaking, sliding doors and windows should be cut at right angles; It is better to use 45 degree angle cutting for the material breaking of casement doors and windows; Other types shall be cut according to the assembly method.

2、 Drilling
The frames and leaves of aluminum windows are generally connected by screws. Therefore, both the assembly of horizontal and vertical members and the fixation of accessories need to drill holes at the corresponding positions. Small bench drill can be used to drill the profile. Because there is a workbench, the accuracy of the drilling position can be effectively guaranteed; The use of pistol type electric drill is convenient for operation. Before drilling, snap lines on the profiles for positioning according to the assembly requirements. It is required that the drilling position is accurate and the hole diameter is appropriate. It is not allowed to change the drilling hole repeatedly on the profile surface, because once the hole is formed, it is difficult to repair.

3、 Assembly
The profiles shall be connected and assembled with screws according to the requirements of the construction detail drawing. aluminum windows can be assembled in three ways: 45 degree angle butt joint, right angle butt joint and vertical butt joint. The connection of horizontal and vertical rods is generally made of special connectors or aluminum corners, and then fixed with screws, bolts or aluminum pull nails.

1. Dimensional deviation of door frame, assembly clearance of adjacent components of door frame and leaf and height difference of the same plane shall comply with relevant regulations.
2. The door components shall be firmly connected, and the connecting parts shall be sealed and waterproof with corrosion-resistant filling materials.
3. Door accessories shall be installed in correct, complete and firm positions, which shall play their respective roles, have sufficient strength, open and close flexibly without noise, and accessories that bear repeated movements shall be structurally easy to replace.
4. The quality of glass, hardware, seals and other accessories for doors shall be consistent with the quality grade of the door.
5. After assembly, ensure the gap between the glass and the inlaid groove, and install damping pads at the main parts to cushion the impact of opening and closing forces.
6. The decorative surface of the door shall be free from obvious damage.
7. The colored surface of adjacent components on the door shall be free of obvious color difference.
8. The door surface shall be free of aluminum chips, burrs, oil spots or other stains, and the assembly connection shall be free of overflowing adhesive.
